When should I wear reading glasses? Do reading glasses make my eyes worse?
Honestly, reading power will increase with your age, whether you are wearing reading glasses or not. Generally, near-sighted vision requires your eyes to works harder, with aging, your eyes cannot focus well on close objects. It is how we call presbyopia. This phenomenom usually appears at your 40s and occurs over number of years. Everyone begins to have their near-sighted worse at this ages.
So, how to know that my near-sighted vision is getting worse?
When you read books, or use your smartphon or laptop, you begin to feel that you get trouble with your usual distance. Trying to pull your book further, you feel better to read.
